Returns & Refunds
Because many items on Studio Nevada are original artworks and one-of-a-kind pieces, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe an item was misrepresented or arrived damaged.
Damaged Items
If your painting or artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item, and contact us at info@studionevada.com within 7 days of delivery.
Custom & Commissioned Work
Custom or commissioned pieces are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing with the creator / designer.
Processing
Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging where possible. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
